Package Processing Time

After receiving your order, we will process it within 1-3 business days.

An item may ship separately for a number of reasons, including: 

Inventory location –Items may be stored in different locations, such as a distribution center or a store’s inventory. 

Autoship

A recurring subscription that allows you to create automated monthly shipments of the product(s) you choose. You can select recurring subscriptions along with a standard one-time purchase, on the listing page: 

 

Domestic Shipping

 Eye Magic branded orders are typically shipped within 1 business day via USPS First Class Mail. A notification will be sent once your package has been shipped. Eye Magic, USA customers, will usually receive their package within 2 to 5 business days from the date the package was shipped. However, we do ask that you allow 5 to 7 business days for the product to arrive due to occasional delays within the postal service (especially around holidays).  *Noted orders are normally shipped and received within 5 to 10 business days. A tracking code is normally provided within 3 to 4 business days.

Domestic Returns

You may return new, unopened, items sold within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of receipt of the returned item; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. All returns require a RMA number. Do not return the item unless you have been given a RMA number. Items cannot be returned if already opened. Returns should be sent to the return address on the mailer received.  If no return address is provided, returns can be sent to the following address: Eye Magic, 17631 Ventura Blvd., #158, Encino, CA 91316.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
You may return all defective products (after receiving an RMA#) for credit or exchange within 15 days from the date of shipment. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. If one of these terms are not met there will be up to a 20% restocking fee. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Warranty is voided if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is voided due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.

International Shipping

Eye Magic gladly accepts orders from countries around the globe. Orders shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. USPS will occasionally suspend or shut down shipping to select countries, in which case we will notify the customer and promptly cancel/refund the purchase. A notification will be sent once a package has been shipped. Please note that international orders can take up to 10 to 15 business days to arrive. International shipping is non-refundable. Orders are normally shipped and received within 5 to 10 business days. A tracking code is normally provided within 3 to 4 business days.

 

International Returns

International orders are non-refundable due to the long distance they must travel. International returns typically cause damage to the product and are unfit for resale when they arrive back in the U.S. All international sales are final.

 SHIPPING POLICY:
Certain items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico due to high shipping rates.
